Constant temperature bath designed for accurate convenient Economical determination of Viscosity for oil.

Range: 10.000 C to Ambient

Construction: Outer body will be made of Galvanized Sheet along with duly Powder coated and the Inner will be made up of Stainless Steel 16 gauge fully Polished along with the bottom tray. Top tray will be of Bakelite with 4 Hole for viscosity tubes.

Stirrer: Fully motorized stirrer assembly for the high accuracy uniformity throughout the chamber.

Control Panel: Control panel will consist of Mains indicator switch, Booster indicator switch, Motorized stirrer indicator switch, Cooling indicator switch Indicator lamp for Heater, Illumination toggle switch a Solid state Digital P.I.D based Temperature Controller cum indicator along with all the setting the control will sense the inner working temperature thru the means of A class Pt 100 sensor

Controller: PPI make controller will be provided along with the calibration certificate its traceability the controller will drive thru Solid State Relay, Resolution will be of 00.000 C

Accuracy: The accuracy of the controller will be 00.00

Windows: Perfectly sealed Toughed glass window on both the sides for perfect visibility for Determination of the Viscosity fitted with Silicon gasket on both side for leak proof operation.

Insulation: High Quality Compressed Glass wool Insulation will be provided between inner wall & the Outer wall to prevent heat loss

Cooling: A hermetically sealed compressor with cooling coil provides efficient cooling in the working chamber the compressor is safeguard with time delay circuit  overload protection the cooling system is placed besides the working chamber for easy servicing  for low noise vibration.
