Salt Spray Cabinet :-
Corrosion tests are used to evaluate how well plated coatings protect the base material against corrosion, & how
well decorative coatings retain their appearance. The cabinet has been specially designed to carry out the salt
spray test. This test actually show the type & extent of deterioration experience in any environment to which the
various coating are exposed. This accelerated corrosion test is highly reliable method of ascertaining the
permeability of weathering properties of the deposited metal. It can be carried out on the actual articles itself by
spraying a salt solution into the test chamber of the salt spray Cabinet.

The results of these tests are studied to obtain the cause & effect of climatic condition on corrosion. The corrosion
rates are expressed as weights lost with time. Which assumes uniform corrosion over the entire surface. Thus the
results of difference exposure location can be assumed & compare with each other's. These type of exposure tests
are useful for assessing the performance of bulk metals.
This cabinet consists of :-
1)    An acrylic mist chamber that's non-corrosive. It enables you to see the articles under going the test.
2)    A compressor that supplies compressed air.
3)    Atomizing nozzles for mist formation.
4)    Thermostatically controlled heating.

304- quality stainless steel.
Lid is equipped with pressure gauge range 0 to 30 PSI, safety valve, manual exhaust valve,
& vacuum breaker.
Specially designed S. S. heater reduces power consumption.
Foot lifting also provided at an extra cost.

Bacteriological incubator :-
Double walled inner made of stainless steel & outer body made of G.I. with powder Coatings finish between the
two walls occupied by compressed glass wool. Choice to select Solid - State Blind controller- or solid -state
digital controller. Selection available for gravity convection or with air circulation by motorized blower. Shelves are available with galvanized wire mesh of S.S.wire mesh shelves on extra cost the outer is insulated having inner S.S. lining fitted on hinges. With full-length inner glass door for test observation. To be operated on 230 Volts A.C.

Specification of Thermostaic bath
The bath circulator, to be used in laboratory to control the temperature of samples in closed circulation. Test samples in tubes / 250 ml, Breakers can be directly immersed in the vessel. The control is achieved by recirculating the bath fluid.
Bath controller is made of stainless steel, equipped with low liquid level cut off and high temperature cut off.
