These
cooling incubators are designed specially for close control of incubation
/ storage
temperatures. These are used for storage for B.O.D. tests,
Storage of sensitive Cultures, Vaccines, etc; culture of bacteria micro-organism
& plant life; seed germination work, serum incubation studies & immunological work etc.
Construction
of the double walls, the exterior is made of G.I. with powder coating Flush
fitting
insulated door has magnetic gasket, the inner chamber is made up
of 304 quality Stainless Steel.
The Plexiglas inner door makes it
possible to inspect specimens without disturbing the temperature. The shelf position of trays is adjustable.
A
compartment is formed at the back of interior into which is fitted the
refrigeration evaporator, heater & powerful centrifugal forced air
circulator for creating positive airflow through the incubator.
A hermetically sealed compressor housed below the unit provides temperature
below ambient. Built in safety PT-100 sensor prevents damage to samples
in case of temperature controller malfunctioning.
All
controls are mounted on the top of the unit for better viewing & controlling.
A solid state temperature controller with digital temperature display &
Pt-100 sensor.
A
microprocessor controller can be provided with cyclic digital timer as
per the given Order. |

-Humidity
Control Oven :

These Humidity test chamber can satisfy a variety of environmental conditions.
They are especially suitable for the simulation of fixed temperature &
there relative Humidity (RH) values above freezing point. Seed Germinator
are useful
for seed testing, biological studies, forestry research work, stability,
packing & electronic test.
After
stabilization, high temperature & humidity accuracies are obtained
with normal inert test specimens. The chambers
are widely used for testing of electronic & electrical components,
corrosion test on mechanical assemblies, test
on packages, paints & varnishes, cement plants
& variety of applications. |

All controls are mounted on
the top of the unit for better viewing & controlling. A solid
state temperature controller with digital temperature display Controls
are simple to set direct humidity % RH & temperature in digital indicator. |

maintaining the inside temperature at

The gasket keeps the door sealed against warm air & moisture.
These Refrigerators having Stainless Steel interior & provided with
a numbers of compartments having transparent flexi glass doors. The

Internal cabinet lighting
is provided by lamp that is illuminated whenever the door is opened.
The Refrigerator is provided with acrylic trays for proper storage of blood
bags.
The
controls comprise of fully automatic digital temperature indicator cum
controller, On / Off Switches, indicating lamps & protective fuse.
Also incorporated is electronic safety device, which gives audiovisual alarm in case of either power
failure or any other reason, thereby, protecting the precious samples stored
inside the refrigerator. |

Paint Corrosion
Cabinet :-
It
is highly preferable for the paint industries, pharma industries &
for the modern research laboratory for testing colour panels.
Full body made up of mild steel with epoxy powder coated finish for the
non corrosion with inside pure Stainless
steel
as per the ISI specification with heater Fan Motor for the cycling of the
unit from 42 Deg C to 48 Deg C & from 48
Deg C to 42 Deg C in 65 to 75 Minutes to test the colour coated panels
with Stainless Steel Racks for keeping the colour coated panels with the
slots as per the ISI panels size.
Above the unit the controller box has been fixed with one no of fuse &
the Mains Switch along with Digital temperature controller with fine setting
& Pt100 Sensor. |
