Introduction: -

Primarily designed to meet the requirement of Biochemical Oxygen Demand Test, This B.O.D. Incubator can be used in various applications like Incubation, Serum Studies, Study of Enzymatic Digestion Processes, Tissue Culture, Preservation of Vaccines, Long Term Sample Immunological work, Etc.

Calibration & Validation: 

We will provide the calibration certificate of the controller with trace ability of the Indian governments approved agency. The company also does the validation of the chamber i.e. recording the temperature at different places in the chamber confirming uniform temperature through out the chamber & no developing of hot & cold zones in the chamber.

Construction: 

The Inner chamber of the cabinet will be made up of Stainless steel & the outer wall will be of Mild steel sheet. Insulated between the two walls of 75-mm thick special quality Glass wool pad to prevent thermal losses. A self-cooled air circulation fan will be provided to maintain the uniform Temperature through out the Chamber.

Door construction: -

A flush fitting insulated door has leak proof Magnetic Gasket with Lock & Key wears as Full-length inner door of acrylic, which allows a clear view of samples without loss of chamber condition during operation.

Trays: -

Adjustable Perforated removable Stainless Steel shelves are provided along with the unit

Circulation: 

Forced air circulation throughout the chamber for uniformity & accuracy

Long Lasting stainless steel tubular heater is been used as heating element Heating element of Nichrome wire placed in air path duly insulated from body.

Cooling: 

A hermetically sealed compressor with evaporating coil & fan-cooled condenser provides efficient cooling in the chamber. The compressor is safeguard with time delay circuit & overload protection. The cooling system is placed at the bottom of the working chamber for easy servicing & for low noise vibration.

Temperature sensing device: -

Temperature of the chamber can be sensed by Pt - 100 A Class sensors

Control Panel: -

The control panel will be on the top of the unit for easy setting of the temperature it will consist of P.I.D Based Digital Temperature Controller with Line, Mains, Cooling, Heating L.E.D. Bulbs & Push On / Off Button for inner chamber Illumination

Temperature range: - +50 C to +500C

Accuracy: - + 10C
